We are Pets-friendly home! To cover the extra cost of the housekeeping task. An extra pet fee of $75 is required per pet / per stay and up to 2 pets with a weight of 75lbs or less per pet.

Our neighborhood allows for street parking, as well as parking 2 cars in our driveway.

Please be advised that pool heating is not included in the rental rate. To heat the spa, pool heating is required and is available at an additional charge of $50 per night.

Pool heating must be requested at least 36 hours prior to check-in and must be reserved for the entire duration of the stay. The maximum heating temperatures are 87°F for the pool and 95°F for the spa. Please note that pool heating is not recommended when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F.

Additionally, if temperatures drop below 50°F, the heating system may operate at a reduced capacity due to built-in safety protocols.

Routine pool maintenance is conducted every Monday, during which the pool will be temporarily unavailable for cleaning.
